I was looking for a vehicle to purchase with cash and when I drove onto the lot, I knew I was in the right place! I walked in and was greeted by Melissa who excitedly handed me over the keys to the vehicle I came for. She knew on the test drive that I'd be taking it to get checked out and she was perfectly okay with that. The car drove great and checked out even better!!! As we were finishing up the sale, Jared, the owner, overheard that I was gifting the car to my niece for Christmas and he came around the corner with a huge bow, grabbed the keys and made sure the tank was on full, then had his service people detail the vehicle AGAIN! Now that was some 5-star service!!! They even followed up after the holidays to see how she's enjoying the car. If/when the time comes to purchase another vehicle our FIRST stop will be Automotive Dot Com!
